We are excited to kick off 2025 with our first Womxn - Bird’s Jam 2025, in association with Mortar Projects who are artists in residence at Westway. 

Bird's Jam 2025 is not just a single event but the beginning of a series of paint jams. We have secured several walls across Westway, which will serve as canvases for artists to express their creativity.  These spaces are designed to provide a safe and welcoming environment where artists can come together to our pre-organised meet & greets to collaborate without the concerns of getting hassle for painting on the streets.  Theme: ‘Birds’. Please can you relate your mural to be associated with bird(s) the egg laying animal with feathers and a beak!, dead or alive, small, large abstract… its up to you.
